About the Artist

Carmen Wilde is an Edmonton based landscape artist focusing on natural beauty of the wild. She has a deep affinity for nature and is inspired by Canadian lakes, forests, fields, mountains, trails, and coastlines. Retreating into wilderness is a serene endeavor, and her art evokes feelings of discovery, tranquility, and mystery. Carmen’s distinct use of vivid colours sets the imagination alight and her connection to nature rings true in each of her paintings.

Carmen is also an accomplished interior designer and runs C. Wilde Designs. She has over 30 years working on various residential and commercial projects - creating countless remarkable spaces.
